Today\u2019s Devotional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There was a season in my life when every prayer felt like it hit the ceiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I kept asking, \u201cGod, are You still listening?\u201d<\/em> Days turned into weeks, and silence became heavy. I still went to church, still opened my Bible\u2014but my heart felt hollow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

King David once felt that same ache. In Psalm 13, he cried out again and again, \u201cHow long, Lord?\u201d Four times he repeats the question\u2014like a heartbeat of disappointment. Yet, what\u2019s powerful about this psalm isn\u2019t just David\u2019s pain; it\u2019s his honesty. He doesn\u2019t hide his doubt. He brings it to God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
