Scripture:
“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9

Today’s Devotional
We live in a world that celebrates strength—confidence, control, and success.
But God often meets us in the opposite place: our weakness.
When Paul pleaded for his thorn to be removed, God didn’t take it away.
Instead, He revealed a deeper truth: grace isn’t the absence of struggle, it’s the presence of power.
Our weakness doesn’t disqualify us—it positions us to experience the sufficiency of Christ.
In the moments when you feel unqualified, tired, or not enough, remember this:
you’re standing on the stage where God’s strength shines brightest.
Your dependence becomes His display.
So rather than hiding your weakness, bring it into the light of His grace.
That’s where transformation begins.
Reflect & Pray
Reflect:
What area of your life feels weakest right now?
How might God be using that weakness to draw you closer to His strength?
Pray:
Lord, thank You that Your power is made perfect in my weakness.
Teach me to lean on Your grace instead of my own effort.
Let every fragile place in me become a testimony of Your strength. Amen.
Today’s Insight
Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 12 come from a place of deep humility.
He learned that divine power flows not from self-sufficiency, but from surrender.
The paradox of the gospel is this: the weaker we become in ourselves, the stronger we are in Christ.
Grace doesn’t just cover weakness—it redeems it, turning brokenness into beauty and limitation into light.
